Kaily won the Best Actress Award at the 2009 New York Television Festival for playing the role of "Merrideth Weisman" in MERRIme.com MERRIme.com was originally conceived as a web series, but later was formatted into a 24 minutes, half-hour comedy pilot presentation.Ms. Smith also created, wrote and produced MERRIme.com, alongside her writing partner David Weidoff.
