Strength and Conditioning Coach NIC GILL re-joined the All Blacks at the start of 2008, having already worked with them in 2004 and has been part of the team ever since. He was the Chiefs' strength and conditioning coach from 2004-2008 and also worked with the Junior All Blacks from 2005-2007 and with the Waikato Rugby Union and Rowing New Zealand. He received his PhD in exercise physiology in 2001 and continues to be involved in research with a team of PhD students under his guidance. Hide
