Rochelle Lynn Goplen was born in Madison, Wisconsin to Scott Goplen, an auto mechanic, and Debra Goplen, a nurse. She went to high school in Richland Center, Wisconsin. In 2012 she began college at the University of Wisconsin - Madison where she obtained a degree in personal finance. In college she acted in short films and took acting classes in Chicago.
