Simenona Martinez is an American actress, and was born in Los Angeles, California. This thespian is also an academic scholar, an excellent writer, a recording artist, and an entrepreneur.She recently landed a hosting position with the Disney Channel, working on Playhouse Disney's "Behind the Ears". At the youthful age of 16, she wrote, directed, produced, and edited her first film entitled "Black and White." This project was honored at several well known film festivals around the US, including the Los Angeles Film Festival. Immediately after completing the film, she opened a production company in San Francisco where she took her writing and producing skills to the next level. She signed on with the Warner Bros WB20 Youth Division in 2003, where she wrote and appeared in a series of Public Service Announcments. She also had the opportunity to write and work with the San Francisco Mime Troupe.Appearing in numerous films, commercials, and other projects, Simenona continues to work in various aspects of the entertainment industry. Simenona also suffers from Lupus and is involved in raising awareness and donations in order to find a cure for the disease. Hide
