Zacerous LaRue Jones was born in Dothan, Al. He is a graduate of Stillman College with a BA in mathematics. He continued his education at Arizona State University, where he studied architecture and theatre. Whilst attending ASU he studied with the phenomenal playwright, mentor and teacher Mr. Gus Edwards. After his time in Arizona he moved to New York City to continue sharpening his acting chops with Wynn Handman and William Esper. Zacerous has convincingly brought characters to life both on stage and in film. He is known for his role as an army veteran with PTSD in the award winning short film CALIBER.
