Donato Cavallo, the 'Ras della Fossa ', has been in Ibiza for about twenty years , where he lives with the owner of a restaurant. After a trip with Milan to Spain, he decides to leave his partner and return to Milan , discovering that his family has returned to Bisceglie , and that he has an Inter fan son because his ex-girlfriend Ginevra, whom he abandoned at the beginning of her pregnancy (which she was unaware of), has gotten together with Sandrino the Mazzulatore, his bitter rival and an Inter fan. To get closer to his son, Donato initially pretends to want to join the local Inter fan club and bonds with the boy without revealing anything to him, but halfway through the derby Donato can't resist and explodes his Rossoneri faith in the middle of the Nerazzurri curve. Several days later, Donato has become Ginevra's lover.
