Halloween 5: The Revenge Of Michael Myers
Dr.loomis discovers that Jamie has visions of Michael's next rampage as she is been kept in the hospital due to the trauma she experienced during his last killing spree. He works with the town sheriff to prevent a re-occurrence as Micheal has just awaken from coma and is on his way to kill Jamie on Halloween day.

I can see how the hardcore Halloween-heads can find some small nuggets of fun in this particular sequel, but in my eyes the series ended with the explosion in Halloween 2.
