Jeepers Creepers 2
The movie is set a few days after the original, stranded on a lonely road, a schoolbus full of high school basketball team must defend themselves from the Creeper - a flesh-eating ancient beast that resurfaces on the earth every 23 years to feed.

I think there's a reason they're a no name cast. There's not really anybody that's really very identifiable, or very good in their roles.
