Inspired by her profound will of selling jewels, Ninotchka, a wonderful Russian lady, who goes in an official crucial to Paris, where she needs to sell the jewelry of Duchess Swan that was appropriated during the war, yet when she becomes hopelessly enamored with an attractive count, her life flips around.
