Penelope
According to her bad appearance, a young girl from a royal family, Penelope, who suffers from a curse, that makes her looks like animals, the thing that makes people avoid her and afraid from her, so her parents struggle against helping her find a true love, as it is the only thing that would help her get rid of such a curse.

Director Palansky and screenwriter Leslie Caveny seem to have many of the right ingredients for creating something beguiling, but the film is, finally, surprisingly pedestrian. What a shame, with all these good performers.
