Spacehunter Adventures in the Forbidden Zone
Three women make an emergency landing on a planet plagued with a fatal disease, but are captured by dictator Overdog. Wolf, the pilot of a salvage ship, his friend Washington, and the orphaned Niki are out to rescue them.

It attempts so much that it will probably remind you of at least a dozen other pirate, gladiator, horror and science-fiction stories, because its own plot is none too distinctive and is seriously overcrowded.

At least nobody will have to stand in line to see this film now that the third Star Wars has opened: Spacehunter is not nearly as good as Return of the Jedi, and it's clearly intended for the same audience.
