In an attempt to unite with all the gangs in New York, Cyrus, the powerful leader of the biggest gang, The Riffs, calls for a meeting with the gangs leader, where he has been betrayed and died, by the hands of a stranger, the thing that leads his gang to struggle against revenging for his murder by receiving help from other gangs.
