Description
This documentary tells about the diverse cultures of African and American music. That story began when the last permanent roller rinks in the United States threatened to close at a time that seemed very difficult. It seems that things will turn to another turning point, where a society of thousands is fighting in an environment fraught with racism to save those diverse and different cultures during that period of loss.
