Vile (2011)
A group of friends stop to pick up a hitchhiking woman only to end up getting drugged by her with a gas and when they wake up, the find themselves locked in a house with six other people. Each of the captives has to endure life-threatening torture to fill a device attached to their heads or they will be trapped inside forever.
