A comedy film tells about the rich Laurence Burns who fled to Thailand after accumulating debt. When Tom was on board, he met a man named Tuttle. Both people cooperate in a small town where they build a bridge. The two meet with Beth Wexler, where the group begins work, but the CIA, the Communists and the drug lord soon discover what is going on, so the trio must cooperate to confront them.
