The story tells of a powerful adventure of anime girl called Mary. Mary was living with her great aunt Charlotte with no friends or adventures in her life. Mary was alone until she decided to follow a strange cat in the next forest, so she discovered Fly-by-Night flower, a rare plant that blossoms only once every seven years there. Mary will move to the clouds by those things for learn the magic in the school of the magic managed by Mumblechook and Dr. Dee.
