Romeo Is Bleeding (1993)
Jack Grimaldi (Gary Oldman) is a cop who offers tips to the Mafia for money, and cheats on his loving wife with a young mistress. Jack then bites off more than he can chew when he attempts to assassinate a beautiful but ruthless Russian hitwoman.
