April 26, 2017
There's warmth and humour by the bucketload.
January 05, 2015
With a very appealing leading lady, the highly enjoyable Peggy/Jarvis partnership and a cool period setting, there's a lot to like about Agent Carter.
October 21, 2015
Peggy deserved her own story line and now she's got one.
January 07, 2015
Agent Carter is ridiculously enjoyable. Despite not having the strongest story (another glittering orb Marvel? really?), the show is quick, genuinely fun, and Hayley Atwell is a damn delight as Peggy Carter.
January 06, 2015
To make Agent Carter work, and work well, Atwell and ABC knew she needed to be a relatable human first, and a subsidiary member of the populous Marvel universe second. Those priorities are straightened out efficiently on Tuesday's (opening) episode.
January 07, 2015
Atwell brings some presence to the lead role, flashing specs of vulnerability while mostly keeping her shoulder to the wheel.
March 11, 2015
With a star-making turn from Atwell and an overwhelming air of fun, it was a treat for both Marvel converts and new viewers.
January 06, 2015
A stylish, fast-moving dramatic series with good humor that has an excellent cast of recognizable faces, if not names.
January 06, 2015
The series successfully blends super-heroics with women's post-war fight against sexism in a fun, winking way.
January 02, 2015
The first two episodes are promising, with far more style and wit than Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. has shown in quite a while.
