In Season 6, Hawks responds to an emergency call at Central Park. Although things are clear, Hawks dismisses the case as just a drunk with bleeding in the nose and may be a total waste of time. The man seems to be bleeding already, and Hawks is in pain because of his indifference.

It may be time to admit that Fishburne's stint on CSI isn't working, at least not to the extent CSI needs.
