Season 8 begins with the many doubts surrounding the murder of Harry Bernstein's wife, Lindsey, as well as her lover David and his business partner Mickey Belkirn. Another case involving a superpower that the forensic doctor says is four centuries ago was discovered in a car sunk by a river but everyone discovers it is the body of Taylor Keane, an officer who has been killed for some time.
