What we have in this episode is a fairly strong character story that is entertaining, makes sense, and is woven rather seamlessly into the action plot of both the individual episode and the overall arc.

Episode 15 was a strong start to a new story arc, with new allies, new enemies, cool new powers, and a heck of a cliffhanger ending.

I was less than optimistic going into the new 'Black Moon' arc - but so far at least, a shake up of the story might have been a good thing for our Sailor Senshi.
