'South Park' season three highlights include 'Sexual Harassment Panda' where the title character does a presentation for the kids at school; 'Chinpokomon' which explains how a Pokemon-like fad is being used to manipulate kids to help Japan take over the United States; and 'World Wide Recorder Concert' in which the teacher's perpetually weird teacher Mr. Garrison is offended that his father never sexually abused him.

Even if not every episode in this set is stellar ("Jakovasaurs" is especially lame)... The Complete Third Season is almost always amusing and several episodes are examples of South Park at its dead-on-target best.

The joke feels as though it could have worked better as a single scene in a different episode. Instead, it just keeps going.
