The Closer - Season 7
During the seventh season, we are going through a new and powerful series of events. While Major Krams is trying to find out who murdered a registered sex murderer and buried him under a detention wall, Brenda is trying to find a way to pay for the new high-priced defense lawyer. On the other hand, while the major crimes deal with the issue of the death of a quarrelsome minister, the whole team serves in the case of Terrell Baylor - except for Gabriel.

The Closer is still the same fast-paced cop drama. It's just that now we also have the subtext of finding out what road we take to the close.

There are many reasons The Closer has been a reliable hit for TNT since its 2005 premiere: decent scripts, a winning ensemble of character actors and, most of all, having Kyra Sedgwick in the lead role.
